IMPORTANT NOTICE about the ICTS TRADING PLATFORM:
IFX Markets merged with FX Solutions in October of 2008. The combined entity is known as FX Solutions LLC.
Since the merger, most customers of the combined company chose to migrate to FX Solutions’ GTS trading platform. As a result of this strong preference for GTS, trading on the ACT platform was discontinued as of May 29, 2009.
Multiple notifications were made in advance of this action, advising customers to close any open positions on ACT and establish a GTS account by emailing ICTStransfer@fxsol.com so that their balance could be transferred at no cost.
As advised, any open positions still held in ACT accounts as of May 29, 2009 at 1600 ET were liquidated at the prevailing market rates. These customers are now encouraged to establish a GTS account by emailing name, ICTS customer login and account number to ICTStransfer@fxsol.com. The balance will be transferred to a new GTS account at no cost. For those customers opting to withdraw their account balance, they will be asked to complete and return the Withdrawal Form available at Withdrawal Form. Customers will incur no fees in this process.
